B2B Marketing Campaign Manager - Renewable Energy Software

Your mission
  • Design, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to drive inbound lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including PPC, email marketing, social ads, SEO, and marketing automation, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, designing marketing automation sequences to guide them effectively through the marketing-sales funnel, and supporting the sales team in converting leads to customers.
  • Leverage marketing automation software for executing email campaigns, managing lead processes, and running ABM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations, external collaborators) and manage the creation of engaging content, including graphics and videos, to enhance campaign success.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (GA4, GTM, Databox, or similar)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM & CMS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, MailChimp, Webflow or similar)
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, media buying, email marketing)
  • Full fluency in written and spoken English (additional language skills would be a plus)
